Refund Policy for Silverbrook Media
At Silverbrook Media, we strive to provide excellent service and results for all clients. Due to the nature of digital services and custom work, we operate a clear refund policy to protect both our clients and our business.
1. General Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of service commencement or delivery. This applies to:

Social media and marketing services

Content creation

Advertising management

Consultancy services
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Post-Work Clause
Once work has been delivered — including creative assets, website designs, social content, strategy documents, ads setup, or any digital output — refunds will only be issued on the unused portion of services and only if the deliverables have not been implemented.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Work already completed and handed over

Services already delivered and visible to the client

Time spent on strategy, planning, or consultation
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

4. Partial Refunds
If a refund is approved, it may be prorated based on work performed and expenses incurred.
